Mir Grocers has been part of Windsor’s South Asian community for years. We started with a simple purpose — to give Windsor’s Desi and Muslim families a place where they could shop with confidence, knowing that the halal meat on the counter was genuinely hand-slaughtered, the spices were authentic, and the prices were fair.

We are not a chain. We are a neighbourhood store on Campbell Ave, built on trust and kept alive by the families who choose us every week. Every cut of meat at Mir Grocers is hand-slaughtered — not machine processed, not label-certified bulk meat. The Islamic way, every single day.

Over the years, Windsor’s Desi community has grown — and so have we. Today we carry everything a South Asian kitchen needs: fresh halal chicken, beef, goat, lamb, and veal; Shan and National masalas; basmati rice; frozen Desi favourites; Pakistani mangoes in season; and much more. All under one roof, right here in Windsor.
