An amount of 99 AED will be charged for orders under 999 AED. Delivery is FREE of charge for orders of 1,000 AED and above. SkyRiver provides a fast and efficient delivery service. Dubai and Abu Dhabi: 2- 3 working days Remote areas : 5 \u2013 7 working days. Minimum order for free delivery \u2013 1,000 AED.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Because\u202fwe strive to deliver all orders within 2-3 days of receiving the order, it is highly unlikely that the order can be cancelled as it would have been dispatched already. You can still check with us at +971 (0)4 397 4521, and we can cancel your order in case it\u2019s not yet dispatched. Cancelled orders will be refunded with store credit or online gift voucher of the same amount which can be used for hassle free shopping any time.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At SkyRiver, we make the best possible efforts to provide quality products and services. All our products undergo quality checks and required tests. In any case you receive the wrong item, we will happily exchange it for you, upon proof of payment (i.e. your original order receipt).<\/p>

When we cannot accept returns:
If the returned items do not match our quality standards or our return policy, then we reserve the rights to reject the returns as mentioned below:<\/p>

When ordered item is found altered\/ tampered or used<\/p>

When item is bought on sale<\/p>

When the item seal is opened, in case of consumables<\/p>

When the return process isn\u2019t initiated within 48 hours of accepting the delivery<\/p>

All refunds will be made back to the payment solution initially used by the customer. It will usually take within 7-15 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the payment solution. Refunds will only be processed once the returned\/damaged item has been successfully validated by the warehouse or store staff.<\/p>
